2. All vacant seats in the job fair will be of private sectors. So, the employer will be responsible for the criteria of selection and recruitment process. The role of employment exchange will be of that of facilitator.
3. The detail of the job fair place, employers, vacant seats and other required information will be provided by concerning job fair organizer and employment exchange.
4. Interested candidates must be registered themselves in any employment exchange of Bihar through www.bihar.gov.in before the date of job fair. The valid registration number and the name of the employment exchange must be provided on the biodata.
5. There is no any fee for participating in the job fair. Any Travel Allowance will not admissible.
6. Those employer who wants to participate in the job fair, can contact concerned officer from the above list for booking the stall etc. The detail of selected candidates in soft copy and hard copy must be provided to Directorate of Employment, Bihar, Patna within a week.
7. Applicants are requested to participate in the job fair for placement and guidance.
8. The schedule of Job Fair may be change due to any unavoidable circumstances. Prior information regarding the change in date and place will be published in newspaper.
9. The schedule of Job Fair 2016 will also be available on the departmental web portal www.labour.bih.nic.in.
