Save the Children is the leading independent child rights organization with a vision to ensure that every child attains the right to survival, protection, development and participa • tion. Over the last 8 years. Save the Children has widened its impact for children and has scaled up its programmes to cover 16 states of India. This work has been enabled by rapidly increasing the level of support from individuals, corporate and institutional donors.
We are looking to hire a Director of Resource Mobilisation (DoRM) who will now take the fundraising portfolio to the next level.The Director will lead the process of growing the Save the Children brand and to develop and implement cutting edge marketing strategies to raise substantial funds within India. The candidate needs to build and manage teams and relationships with the ultimate aim of cost effectively achieving high income volumes and maximizing the level of public support for our work.
An ideal candidate should have a minimum experience of 15 years, having worked in senior management capacities in the past, preferably in non-profit, development and FMCG sectors. She/he should be an inspirational leader having the knack and skill of handling complex operations.
