RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR NON-TEACHING POSTS

Applications are invited in the prescribed Proforma from the eligible candidates for the following positions to be filled in a phased manner.
- Development Officer
- Assistant Registrar
- Programmer (Computer)
- Computer Technician
- Assistant
- P.A. to V.C.
- Computer Operator
- Auditor
- Assistant Librarian
- Classifier
- Cataloger
- Stenographer
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
- Minimum Qualification and experience for the above posts shall be as prescribed by GC/State Government Rules and as applicable in the University norms for recruitment
- Reservation/relaxation in age, condition of service, age of superannuation will be in accordance with the University Rules.
- Candidates may be considered for appointment on the basis of direct recruitment.
- Those who already employed should apply through proper channel with an advance copy of NOC and work experience certificate.
- A Crossed Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three hundred only) from any Nationalised Bank non-refundable in favour of “The Registrar, Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University, Payable at Patna, Should be sent along with the filled in Application Form. [For Candidates belonging to Schedule Caste/Scheduled Tribes/person with Disability/Physically Handicapped Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only)]
- Filled in Application Forms along with supporting documents with DD and two self addressed stamped (Rs. 40/-) envelopes (25 cm x12.5 cm size) indicating the post applied for on the top of the envelop be sent to “The Registrar, Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University, 34, Ali Imam Path (Harding Road) Near Haj Bhawan, Patna, Bihar, PIN-800001” by Registered/Speed Post only.

- The Duly filled in Application Form complete in all respects must reach in the Office of The Registrar latest by 15/12/2014 upto 5:00 pm.
