regular Post- Graduate Diploma/Masters Degree
in Business Management with specialization in
Marketing Management or equivalent
qualification from a recognized Indian
University/Institute.

Candidates for Marketing and Human Resource Management are required to write the UGC-NET examination in 'Management'(Subject Code 17) and 'Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour and Social Welfare/Human Resource Management'(Subject Code 55) respectively.

Shortlisting of candidates for Group Discussion/Group Task and Personal Interview will be based on scores obtained in UGC-NET examination of December, 2014 (score from any previous UGC-NET examination is not valid) from amongst the candidates qualifying the said examination.

Candidates have to apply ONLINE separately for UGC-NET examination and IndianOil. However, candidates while applying in IndianOil must mention their UGC-NET registration number.
IndianOil's ONLINE application module will go live on 7" November 2014 and will remain open til 28*December 2014.
