Drinking water and sanitation department, Water resources department and Road construction Department of Jharkhand has invited online application for 1008 posts. The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) will conduct the recruitment drive for the below mentioned vacancymake selection for the vacancies.
Vacancies Details Department wise:
- Junior Engineer in Drinking Water and Sanitation Department-18 posts.
- Junior Engineer in Roads Construction Department- 128 posts.
- Junior Engineer in Drinking Water and Sanitation Department- 36 posts.
- Junior Engineer in Water Resources Department- 826 posts.
Eligibility Criteria: The infested students must hold a degree in civil engineering/ diploma in civil/ mechanical engineering from a recognized institute. The minimum age limit is 19 years and a maximum is as per the government rules mentioned in the advertisement.
Recruitment Process Details: The process of screening candidates will take in two phases.
In first phase of examination there will 2 papers with 300 mark each (100 questions).
Paper I- General Knowledge, computer test, mental ability. The paper will be bilingual in nature.
Paper II- This will be Hindi based to test Hindi comprehension and grammar.
In second phase there will have 2 papers again.
Paper I- A total of 120 questions of 2 hours duration.
Paper II- Total of 180 questions (540 marks). Duration of Test 3 hours.
