ADVERTISEMENT SEEKING APPOINTMENT FOR STATE RESOURCE CENTRE FOR WOMEN (SRCW). 

[Under National Mission For Empowerment of Women]

The Government of Bihar desires to establish the State Resource Centre for Women under Women Development Corporation, Bihar to assist State Mission Authority to monitor and review all the State & Central Govt. Schemes related to women empowerment. State Resource Centre for Women is to be formed for holistic empowerment of women in the state in compliance with the guidelines of the National Mission for Empowerment of Women and hence the Corporation invites applications for the following positions:-

1	Project Advisor (One)	40-50 Years	Rs 50,000/- per month	Requisite Qualification:-I. Master’s Degree in Social Work/Economics/Women Studies/Law/ Governance/ Any other Related Field, II. Minimum experience of 5 years of working on women’s issues, with at least 3 years spent in managing and leading projects and teams, III. Good knowledge of computers and ability to work in MS Office packages. Working knowledge of spread sheet and presentation packages. IV. Excellent understanding and knowledge of women’s issues and policies and programmes of the government, at the National and State level. Desirable Qualification:-• Ph.D. in the relevant field, Previous experience of working with the government on policy issues, Previous publications, articles and papers on the area of expertise, Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation techniques as well as conducting impact assessment studies and able to conduct extensive travelling.
2	State Coordinator (One)	45 Years, Maximum	Rs 35,000 per month	Requisite Qualification:-I. Master’s Degree in Social Work/Economics/Women Studies/Law/ Governance/ Any other Related Field, II. 3 yrs experience in working on women’s issues, III. Good knowledge of computers and ability to work in MS Office packages. Working knowledge of spread sheet and presentation packages. IV. Experience in the livelihood sector, including exposure to the Microfinance sector. Desirable Qualification:- • Previous experience of working with the government on policy issues & extensive travelling.

3	Assistant Coordinator (Two) A. Training & Capacity Building B. Health and nutrition.	45 Yrs, Maximum.	Rs 25,000/- per month	Requisite Qualification:-I. Master’s Degree in Social Work/Economics/Women Studies/Law/ Governance/ Any other Related Field, II. 3 yrs experience in working on women’s issues, III. Must have computer knowledge and ability to work in various MS Office packages. iv. One of the assistant coordinator’s has to be an expert in Training & Capacity Building while the other will be an expert in health and nutrition. Desirable Qualification:-• Previous experience of working with the government & extensive travelling. Note:- One of the candidates to be women.
4	Research Officer (One)	45 Yrs, Maximum	Rs 25,000/- per month	Requisite Qualification:-I. Master’s Degree in Social Work/Economics/Women Studies/Law/ Governance/ Any other Related Field, II. 3 yrs experience in Research Field, III. Must have computer knowledge and ability to work in various MS Office, data analysis packages like SPSS, STATA etc. Desirable Qualification:-Previous experience of working with the government & extensive travelling.
5	Data Entry Operator (One)	35 Yrs Maximum	Rs 10000/-per month	Requisite Qualification:-I. Graduate in any discipline. II. Typing speed of 30 wpm is essential. III. Minimum work experience of 3 years. Desirable Qualification:- • Diploma in Computer Applications • Managing Computer systems and hardware.
