The Urban Development and Housing Department (UD&HD), Government of Bihar (GoB) announces the following vacancies in the Department. All positions are to report to the Principal Secretary (PS), UD&HD, GoB.

(a) Planning and Monitoring Specialist – One position

(b) Finance Specialist – One position

(c) Programme Manager – One position

Job Description

• Responsible for coordination between ULBs and UDHD on programme implementation

• Assistance in keeping records of physical and financial progress of programme implementation

• Undertake periodic field visits

• Coordinate between UDHD and ongoing/proposed externally funded programmes

• Assistance in inter-departmental coordination as required

• Any other work as may be assigned periodically

Qualifications and Experience

• Masters in Urban Planning from a nationally recognized institute

• At least 3 years work experience

General Condition:
 
1.    Maximum age limit for the posts at Sl. No. 1 to 3 is 50 years, for the posts at SI. No. 4 to 7 is 40 years and for the posts at SI. No. 8 to 9 is 30 years.(As on 01.01.12)
2.    The recruitment will be on contract basis for a period of one year which may be renewed every year based on performance & conduct of the consultant.
 
3.    Application fees is Rs. 500/- for applicants under General category, Rs. 300/- for BC/EBC and Rs. 250/- for SC/ ST candidates.
 
4.    No application will be accepted without submission of application fee.
5.    Bank Draft (Application Fee) drawn on any nationalized bank and payable at Patna favoring "State Health Society, Bihar" should be sent along with application.
6.    Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
7.    No TA/DA will be given for attending the interview for any position.
8.    The society reserves the right to cancel any or all the positions mentioned above.

Admit Card have been sent to all shortlisted candidates by email.

All shortlisted candidates for BRLPS - who do not receive the Admit card, they can receive duplicate Admit Card on same day of examination at DEEP NARAYAN SINGH REGIONAL INSTITUTE OF COOPERATIVE MANAGEMENT SHASTRI NAGAR PATNA-23

For receiving of Duplicate Admit Card candidates has to keep two recent Passport size photographs and a valid Photo ID proof (Driving License/ Voter ID/PAN Card/ College ID with photo/ 10th Class / 12th Class Admit card with Photo/ Passport, etc.)

All shortlisted candidates are invited to attend a selection Process as per details mentioned given below. Please bring the admit card along with you to appear for the tests. Please paste two recent passport size photo in the space provided. Please report at the venue on time. UPPSC shall hold preliminary examination for the various posts of Combined State / Upper Subordinate Services (Preliminary) Examination-2012 in various centres of UP.

 

OMR Application is applicable to this examination through Head Post Office of every district or from designated Post Offices in the state of UP, which will be available from 28/01/2012. The prescribed cost of the applicaiton form for Special Recruitment for series PREGEN is Rs.155/- and for Series PRERES (for SC/ST of UP) is Rs.95/-, The cost of PREPH series for Physical Handicapped candidates is Rs.55/- only. The candidates must keep with them a photocopy of their OMR application form.

Posts : 100 approx. (The no. of vacancies may increase or decrease in exceptional circumstances) for various subordinate services Officers for Government of Uttar Pradesh.

Age : 21-35 years as on 01/07/2012. Relaxation for reserved categories as per Govt. orders.

Qualification : A Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent and special qualification for some posts.
