राज्य के अन्दर एवं राज्य के बाहर मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थानों में वर्ग XI से स्नाकोत्तर वर्ग तक 10+2 विद्यालय/ महाविद्यालय/ विश्वविद्यालय/ इंजीनियरींग/ मेडिकल/ एग्रीकल्चर/ मैनेजमेंट/ एम.फील/ पी.एच.डी./ सी.ए./ विधि/ आई.सी.ड्ब्लूए./ नर्सिंग/ आई.टी.आई, आदि मान्यता प्राप्त पाठ्यक्रम/व्यवसायिक प्रशिक्षण इत्यादि मान्यता प्राप्त पाठ्यक्रमों में अध्यनरत बिहार राज्य के पिछ्ड़ा वर्ग एवं अति पिछ्ड़ा वर्ग के छात्र/छात्राएं इस योजना का लाभ ले सकते है ।
