Govt. of Bihar (GoB) has recently launched Bihar Health Sector Reform Program (SWASTH) (2009-10 to 2014-15) with goal to improve the health and nutritional status of people in the state. The purpose of the program is to increase access to better quality health, nutrition, and water and sanitation services for undeserved groups.

Given the scale and nature of ongoing interventions envisaged under SWASTH, it is imperative that a Reform Support Unit(RSU) be set up withing BSWSM. The RSU will effectively manage, oversee, support and monitor the ongoing interventions including activities undertaken under DFID SWASTH in water, water quality and sanitation including systems strengthening. Consequent to this, BSWSM has decided to establish Reform Support Unit(RSU) at Patna with define scope of work and positions, with this in view BSWSM, bihar invites application from suitable candidates for following positions.
