 For the execution of different schemes for the development of Mahadalits, State Govt. has established a Society called "Bihar Mahadalit Development Mission" under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. A senior IAS officer has been appointed as the Project Director of the Mission.The VISION of Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission is "To fulfill the basic necessities of all Mahadalit communities by socially, economically & culturally empowerment and ensure full participation of them in the mainstream of development". Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission has planned a number of schemes on this guideline targeting Mahadalit section of the society.

बिहार फाउन्डेशन में संविदा के आधार पर नियोजन हेतु इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों से निम्नांकित पदों के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित किये जाते है:-

विज्ञापित पदों के लिए संविदा के आधार पर नियोजन हेतु निम्नांकित शर्ते लागू होंगी:-

1. नियोजन की अवधि प्रारंभ में एक वर्ष के लिए होगी जो बाद में आवश्यकतानुसार नियोजित कर्मी के संतोषजनक कार्य-कलाप के आधार पर आगे विस्तारित की जा सकेगी।
2. नियोजन की अवधि सम्बंधित उम्मीदवार के योगदान की तिथि से प्रारंभ होगी।
3. चयनित उम्मीदवार को अपने वर्तमान नियोक्ता, अगर कोर्इ हों से अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त कर बिहार फाउन्डेशन में योगदान के पूर्व समर्पित करना होगा।
4. प्राप्त आवेदनों के प्रारंभिक जाचोंपरान्त केवल वैसे उम्मीदवारों को ही साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाया जायगा जो आवश्यक अर्हताए पूरी करते हों।
5. नियोजन की प्रक्रिया को किसी भी चरण पर बिना कारण बताये  रद्द करने का अधिकार बिहार फाउन्डेशन के पास सुरक्षित रहेगा; वैसी स्थिति में उम्मीदवारों को उनके बैंक ड्राफ्ट्स लौटा दिये जायेंगे।
6. साक्षात्कार के लिए आमंत्रित उम्मीदवारों को कोर्इ टी0ए0डी0ए0 अथवा किसी प्रकार का मार्ग-व्यय देय नहीं होगा।
